It is designed for large or middle poultry farm to efficiently dry the wet chicken waste. Residual heat from chicken house and the warm ventilated air from poultry houses can be used to dry poultry manure converting it into a valuable organic fertilizer
The water content of the fresh manure is reduced from 70 to 75% to lower than 20%

Working principle

A dosing belt delivers the manure directly on to the smooth perforated plates of the dryer

There is no requirement for pre to drying therefore the electricity costs is low

The manure is removed  from the poultry house on daily basis

It is deposited onto the belt within the dryer where it is remains for approximately two days

This limits the conversion to ammonia and optimizes the nitrogen content in the end product

The result is less ammonia in the air and a higher value end Product

1. Front and ends main frame with equipment
It is made of 5MM carbon steel welded and assembled, the surface is galvanized and sprayed with plastic
It is combined with the main engine drives the reduction motor, drive sprocket mechanism, bottom cleaning device, tail agitator and rotary mixer, it is working as a frame to support the whole system
2. Intelligent system
The manure plate is made of 3mm galvanized material stamping welding, plastic spraying surface treatment, column, guide rail using 4mm carbon steel plate bending welding, hot dip galvanized surface treatment
It is combined with dung board, manure plate chain, scraper chain, guide rail, scraper, column, the seal plate, shield baffle, it is the side face of the whole system
3. Conveying system
It is combined with galvanized plate frame, hot dip galvanized frame, equipped with green PVC conveyor belt, conveying the manure and manure are dried
4. Output system
It combined with oblique twisted dragon, horizontal twisted dragon and circular twisted dragon, the finished manure comes out from it
5. Control system
It is combined with PLC centrol control box, negative pressure fan control cabinet and transfer control cabinet, it manages the whole system running
6. Exhaust system
It is combined with stainless steel pressure fan with high temperature resistance and high humidity motor, it cools the manure to normal temperature
