Working principle
1. Directly put the poultry into machine for scalding after blood
2. Put 10 piece or 20 piece poultry once
3. Scalding time about 120s- 150s
4. Water temperature control between 65 degrees and 67 degrees, the hot season is controlled between 60 degrees and 63 degrees
5. Then take out the finished body
