Precautions and maintenance for the feed mill
1. In order to avoid accidents during transportation, loading and unloading of the machine, it is necessary to check whether the bolts and nuts at all parts are loose, and whether the flat teeth, round teeth and spindle nuts are loose before use. Turn the pulley by hand and check whether the machine has collision
2. Check whether the machine rotates flexibly and whether there are sundries in the machine. Start the machine and idle for 3 minutes, and then start the operation if there is no abnormal phenomenon
3. When working, you must pay attention to removing the sundries in the materials. It is strictly forbidden to enter the machine with iron blocks and stones, so as to avoid damaging the machine and hurting people
4. The receiving bag should be more than 4 meters long and 0.6 meters in diameter. The cloth should not be too dense. The material should be discharged in time during use to ensure that the bag has sufficient air permeability
5. Feed evenly, pay attention to the load degree of power, and avoid choking. When crushing particles, the feeding amount can be adjusted by the plate extractor
6. Hammer blade: when the wear of one corner affects the working efficiency, the reverse side of the hammer blade can be turned around (when turning around, four groups can be adjusted together at a time to avoid causing rotor imbalance). All the hammer blades should be replaced
7. Grease should be added before starting the machine every day, and the bearing condition should be checked after 500 hours of use. When installing the screen, the side with burrs should be installed on it. According to the fineness of the crushed materials, the screen pieces with different diameters of screen holes are selected
