What is a automatic chicken cage

1) Cage mesh and cage frame

The cage mesh made by hot galvanized or Galfan (zinc-aluminium alloy) wire which we purchase from China biggest steel company, it gives cage mesh big tensile strength and yield strength. The surface treatment of cage mesh is hot deep galvanized, 275g/m2 zinc coating, the service life is as long as 20 years, and the corrosion resistance is strong, which is 3-4 times that of ordinary galvanizing or cold galvanizing

Cage door is big sliding doors, which is easy for catching chickens and will not scratch the chickens

The cage stand with more fulcrum is very stable and the entire cage system without welding

2) Automatic feeding system

The feeding system includes A type feeding hopper system and H type chain feeding cage system. The material is galvanized steel sheet with thickness of 2.2 mm. All the hoppers are fixed on the feeding machine and deliver fodder to the feeding trough symmetrically

3) Automatic drinking system

There are 2 to 3 nipple drinkers for each two cage sections on the PVC pipes, the “V” shape leakage gutter underneath the water pipes holds the water drops and prevent the drops to the manure belt, therefore a drier manure is obtained, our quality inspection department will test all nipple drinkers before sending goods

Water regulator is located on each tier of the cage. It supplies the water from the water line to the pipes through reservoirs with the proper pressure. The filters and the medicator are used to clean the water and keep health of all chickens

4) Automatic egg collection system

Our egg collection system is suitable for both the A type battery layer cage and H type battery layer cages. It is made of galvanized sheet and apparatus produced by our advanced own production machines, the egg bands and lift engine powers are 0.75 -1.50 HP. The egg collection machine can directly transport eggs into egg storage room, it will raise work efficiency and reduce labor cost and percentage of egg broken

5) Automatic manure removal system

A large amount of excrement will be produced during breeding, which will cause great pollution to the farm and its surrounding environment and air. Therefore, in order to protect the ecological environment and human health, the manure of chicken farms must be cleaned up in time

This manure removal machine removes birds manure neatly with little or no effort and keep the poultry house neat without any odor. There are two types of mechanical manure removal: scraper manure cleaning system and belt type manure cleaning system

The scraper manure cleaning system is used for A type layer cage, there should be a dung pit on the floor, the scraper width is customized as pit width. When turn on the motor, the scraper moves back and forth, and when the scraper moves forward, it hangs the chicken manure into the manure ditch at one end of the house

While the belt type manure cleaning system is generally used in H type automatic cage, installed between two layers of cages, and the manure can fall directly on the manure removal belt from the bottom net
