(3) Manufacturing technique 

The low carbon steel wire firstly cut difference length according to the wire length required for each part of the chicken cage, then the bottom mesh be welded by the machine, and other part mesh be weld by worker, after forming the mesh, remove the excess wire and burrs around the mesh to make the surface smooth, then flat sheet bending, forming a net and front net; flat bottom mesh fold out the egg screen, finally do the surface treatment for the hot galvanized cage or cold galvanized cage. This way make the mesh is strong, will use longer time then use the galvanized wire make mesh directly

The chicken cage consists of 6/8 pieces mesh and frame, one mesh have 4/5 cells, one cell hold 4 birds, farmer could observe every birds easily, know their health timely, separate sick chickens from healthy ones in time

2. Feeding trolley machine for feeding work

(1) Introduce of the feeding trolley machine

For the medium scale farm, like more than 5,000 layers or 10,000 birds farm, use the manual system, worker feed the birds is large amount of work. Usually will recommend farmer consider the feed trolley machine, only need one worker put the feeds into the feed trolley machine, turn on the power switch do the feeding work, only need one worker finish the whole farm feeding work, make work easy and save labor and time
